This position involves servicing a 53 unit townhome community and two commercial properties in the Hoover area.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.) •HVAC not required Unit turnovers and basic renovations Responding to service requests in a timely manner Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all properties
Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay:
$30/per hour
