Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in residential properties. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work. Experience with property management software. Previous experience in a make-ready or similar role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work as needed. Ensure that all units are cleaned and prepared for new tenants, including painting, flooring, and appliance installation.
