About the role The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability. What you’ll do Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action. Qualifications HVAC Plumbing Electrical Drywall repair and replacement Woodworking Pipe fitting Sheet metal Operation of heavy machinery Demolition and remodeling Masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.) Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order Capacity to work overtime during periods of high-volume activity All other duties, as assigned
