$1,000 Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise looking for your next opportunity? Join our dynamic team at Village West Apartments , where we take pride in maintaining a comfortable, safe, and well-functioning living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician II with HVAC certification and EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification . If you’re reliable, hands-on, and passionate about property maintenance, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently Complete work orders promptly and professionally Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements:
