Job Title:

Facilities Technician 4 Job Description The primary role of a Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for assigned buildings, ensuring they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance on carpentry, plumbing systems, and manage vendors. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request. Essential Skills Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 8-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance. EPA Universal Certification or equivalent. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
