Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site measurements and evaluations for kitchen and bath cabinet and countertop installations. You’ll work closely with fabricators, designers, and customers to ensure precise layouts and a seamless installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field measurements of customer spaces for cabinetry and countertops Analyze floor plans and space layouts, identifying any limitations or opportunities Apply basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems to anticipate impacts on design and layout Collaborate with fabricators and designers to ensure accurate planning and execution Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing guidance and updates Conduct thorough site visits to gather accurate data for estimates and planning Monitor project scope and proactively adjust plans as needed Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, measurements, and recommendations for internal review

Qualifications:

Experience in cabinet/countertop fabrication and installation required Strong understanding of how electrical and plumbing layouts affect kitchen/bath designs Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team Why Join Us?
