Repair toilets and urinals facets as needed. Replace lights as needed. Repair or Replace ceiling tiles as needed. Provide General maintenance in the facility (adjust and oil doors, carpet repairs, hang signage, etc.). Set up for major events as needed. Work and escort contractors / vendors. Erects and secures staging, hoists and rigging in compliance with codes and safety practices. Works from blueprints, equipment drawings and schematics, manufacturers specifications and literature. Plans complex jobs, selects materials and equipment for proper completion. Ensures that the performance of these activities are well documented. Collects, sorts and stores hazardous waste material in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. May be required to clean and service equipment that may contain hazardous substances and to participate in the sorting and accumulation of hazardous waste materials in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Calculate amounts of required materials and estimate costs. Work and support the IMT/BCM teams. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or GED and at least three (3) years of general maintenance experience. Bases knowledge of sheet rock & HVAC replacement or repair. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Have a experience working in Maximo Contractor supervision Assists onsite facilities staff in observing the onsite contractors such as the janitorial, HVAC, controls, etc. Escorts contractors when needed or when the contractor do not have the required credentials Assist in determining project requires Reviews and provided feedback on SOW requirements for upcoming project Has extensive knowledge of the facility is very useful in determining project requirements and assisting with other perspectives Provides assistance as needed for other divisions including site leadership, security, IT, operation, logistics, etc Troubleshooting devices, making necessary repairs/modifications Help in HVAC equipment Moving equipment around, set up Plumbing, assembly …etc. of older equipment upgrades and installing new equipment• Working with equipment manufacturers Sourcing and chasing down components Performing and tracking equipment maintenance and plans, lockout/tagout activity Helping out with CSI duties Do touch ups around the site as needed,

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$58839 – $94143 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
