Plant Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime in a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools. Install, maintain, and repair production machinery, equipment, and industrial systems. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays. Document maintenance procedures and update maintenance logs. Collaborate with production teams and other departments to prioritize and complete work efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and compliance standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. Experience with welding, fabrication, or HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Working in noisy, hot, or cold environments depending on plant conditions.
