Full Job Description Summary:

Our maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
• Maintain all filtration systems.
• Maintain equipment including bench devices and handhelds.
• Serve as a back-up driver when needed.
• Clean and Maintain Sandblast room.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to access ladders.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
