Some weekend availablity. Diagnose malfunctions and make general repairs to all refrigeration unit as applicable to HVAC units, ice machines and bar coolers. Repairing and/or replacing all types of plumbing systems found within the hotel. Performing all painting task in a timely, efficient manner. Utilize and takes care of basic hand and power tools in doing general repairs. Maintains cleanliness of swimming pool, swimming pool filters, pumps, back washing procedures, water testing and treatment, record and repairing of same. Performs repairs of building’s light system, fixtures and control devices. Installs, adjust and makes general repairs to the hotels furniture and fixtures. Maintains cleanliness when working in any room in the building. Checks the hotel grounds to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Remove, replace, clean and adjust guest room HVAC units.
