Job Description Onin Staffing is looking to fill the followingposition.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining facilitiesand equipment by performing routine repairs, troubleshootingissues, and ensuring the functionality of manufacturing machineryand equipment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. RoutineMaintenance and Repairs. 2. Performing scheduled maintenance. 3.Inspecting equipment, lubricating parts, cleaning systems, andreplacing worn-out components. 4. Responding to service requests.5. Addressing reports of broken or faulty items, and schedulingrepairs. 6. Making repairs. 7. Fixing manufacturing equipment andmachinery. 8. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. 9.Identifying the cause of equipment malfunctions and implementingsolutions. 10. Ensuring safety standards. 11. Inspecting equipmentfor safety hazards and taking corrective action. 12. Building andEquipment Maintenance. 13. Maintaining inventory. 14. Managingtools, spare parts, and supplies needed for repairs. 15. Schedulingand coordinating repairs. 16. Working with internal staff andexternal contractors to schedule repairs and maintain equipment.17. Installing and dismantling equipment. 18. Following blueprintsand layout plans to install, dismantle, or move machinery. 19.Working with various tools and equipment. 20. Using hand tools,power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs. 21.Other Responsibilities. 22. Maintaining records. Documenting workperformed, equipment status, and maintenance schedules. 23.
Collaborating with other departments:
Working with facilitymanagers, engineers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.24. Staying current with industry standards and best practices:
Following safety protocols and staying up to date with the latesttechnology.
HOURS AND PROVISIONS
Business Hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMand some extended hours and weekends as needed.
DESIREDQUALIFICATIONS
Previous automotive experience and must be familiarwith all aspects of quality. PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D’s, etc.
Experience with
IATF16949
a plus. You must have a bachelor’s degreein engineering and/or maintenance. Computer experience is a must.
Must at have 2 yrs Excel exp.
