Role:
Make-Ready / Punch Technician If you’re handy, detail-oriented, and like working with your hands, this role is for you! You’ll play a vital part in preparing recently vacated apartments for new residents—ensuring everything is clean, repaired, and move-in ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove trash/debris from vacated units
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and door locks
Install basic appliances
Repair punch list items (light plumbing and electrical)
Interior and exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repair
Pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general exterior clean-up
Ensure units pass move-in inspection
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
Power tools are a PLUS!
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
Willingness to assist with other property projects
