Make-Ready / Punch Technician As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll play a vital role in preparing apartments for new residents. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and ensuring homes are in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove trash and debris from recently vacated units Replace bulbs, filters, and locks Install appliances and perform general punch repairs Conduct light electrical and plumbing fixes Perform interior and exterior painting, caulking, and drywall repair Pressure wash breezeways and common areas Ensure units meet inspection standards for move-in readiness What You Need to
