Hiring:
Rotating Shifts, Every 4 Weeks . (2 Day shift and 1 Night Shift rotation)
Pay:
$27.75
- 35.75/hr. (+$1/hr Night shift differential)
- Pay is based on years of experience, education, and training.

Position Duties and Functions:
Frequent manual lifting up to 33 lbs . Inspect, test, dismantle, and install machinery and equipment. Perform Preventative maintenance, clean, and lubricate machinery. Installations and repairs of electrical and electronic components of machinery & equipment. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems , hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment . Set up, operate, and repair machine tools . Fabricate and repair machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools. Operate cutting torch or welding equipment. PLC Troubleshooting, programming, and editing and working with HMI’s Any additional duties assigned by leadership. Report defective items or issues to supervisor immediately.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

- year associate degree in related field or Journeyman certification or 4 years equivalent work experience or training. Previous Automotive Manufacturing Industry experience is required. 3-5 years of Electrical Skills
- Electrical Systems, 24v to 480v. 3-5 years of experience and skills with Robotic Welding Machines
- Troubleshooting, Repairing, diagnosing, etc.
Proficiency with PLC Troubleshooting and programming Experience with HMI’s Hand on experience with Industrial Machinery and equipment. Welding and Fabrication experience. Experience with hydraulic and Pneumatic maintenance. Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Experience with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Omicron
- Block Ladder logic.
Experience with Process Improvement Able to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift to 33lbs.
