Qualifications :
Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis Ability to use pallet-jack, lift, electrical tools
