The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly and effectively Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on equipment, including Refrigeration Equipment and infrastructure. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Adherence to safety standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes. Work with vendors or outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed. Requirements Proven experience in a maintenance role, with skills in welding being a plus. Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools Ability to technical manuals and interpret diagrams or blueprints and understand mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Comfortable working on ladders, lifting equipment, or being on your feet for long periods.
