The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including schematics and reports. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents. Assist with residential painting projects as required. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter. Collaborate with team members to improve facility operations and maintenance processes. Plumbing repairs Skills Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Strong background in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of electrical/Plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with residential painting techniques is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems and equipment. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
