The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks. This role requires excellent customer service. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and improvements in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate small projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct Commerical painting tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project needs and updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring less experienced team members in best practices. Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person services with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Experience in minor electrical and plumbing work is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience in commercial painting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
