The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will perform various tasks related to electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and customer service, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Perform residential painting and other general maintenance tasks as needed. Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements. Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings. Experience in residential painting is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
