- Parkside at Cottage Hill (240 units)
- located in Mobile, AL. Hourly rate shall range from $21
- $23 based upon experience and certifications.
Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
