Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment and infrastructure. You will utilize your PLC troubleshooting knowledge to maintain and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules, thereby minimizing production downtime. Your responsibilities will include supporting both the Engineering and Maintenance departments, tracking documentation, and employing ladder logic skills to perform your tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain industrial equipment and infrastructure using PLC troubleshooting knowledge. Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all programs run correctly, minimizing production downtime. Track and manage documentation efficiently. Utilize ladder logic skills to perform maintenance tasks. Support the Engineering department as well as the Maintenance team. Essential Skills Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience in preventive maintenance. Proficiency in maintaining industrial equipment and infrastructure. Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Welding skills are a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
