Role Overview Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies. Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning, landscaping, and assisting with oil changes on production equipment. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for maintenance needs. Work with contractor specialists for specialized repairs or services. Keep accurate records of general supplies, tools, and equipment. Handle landscaping, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. Identify safety issues, leaks, or wear and recommend repairs. Acquire necessary materials and supplies for daily tasks. Adhere to work schedules and maintain punctuality. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Follow instructions from operators and supervisors. Assist in additional activities as directed by management. Skills & Qualifications Understanding of mechanical systems. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in maintenance roles in advantageous. Ability to operate a tractor and/or backhoe is a plus. Capability to work unsupervised and recognize non-standard conditions. Basic math proficiency for maintenance tasks. Basic proficiency in computer usage. Ability to work in challenging environments. Establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders. Ability to work a 5 on 2 off schedule.
