Locally owned and operated in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas, we’re a highly-rated, licensed, and insured maintenance company serving both residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:

In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks—from general building fixes to more specialized work. No two days are the same, and your skills will be put to great use across projects that include: Interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, and carpentry (think fences, decks, doors, crown molding, etc.) Flooring installations and repairs (tile, vinyl, hardwood, VCT) Light electrical work (switches, plugs, fixtures, fans, etc.) Light plumbing and appliance repairs Concrete and tile work Weatherproofing, sealing, and general upkeep for homes and businesses Communicating with clients and representing the company with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who’s reliable, motivated, and ready to work with minimal supervision. If you take pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement) Valid driver’s license Hands-on experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or with a team Live locally and have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods Can work in varying indoor/outdoor environments

Schedule & Location:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM•4:30 PM (occasional after-hours or emergency calls may arise) Job sites located throughout Mobile and Baldwin County, AL In-person work only•no remote positions

Pay & Perks:
