This position involves a variety of tasks related to facilities maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to maintain the quality and safety of living spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and customer service, demonstrating leadership skills while working independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Perform facilities maintenance including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. Execute residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of units. Fabricate and install components as needed based on schematics and project requirements. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems. Supervise and lead small teams during make-ready projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
