Apartment Maintenance Technician ($17/hour) – pays weekly + benefits

Pay Range:
$17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and management Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready work, including painting, patching, and appliance repair Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal and seasonal upkeep Assist with emergency repairs after hours as needed (on-call rotation may apply) Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with property regulations
Qualifications:
1+ years of maintenance experience in residential or apartment settings preferred General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation HVAC certification a plus Why Join Us?
