As a Groundskeeper/LightMaintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring theproper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, andsurrounding areas of our facility. You will ensure that ourfacility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, minorrepairs, and basic plumbing tasks. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility,including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris,including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficientmanner. Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
