- Maintenance 1 is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of products by troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures.
Perform preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and train team members on technical processes.
What your day will look like:
Supports the production team as the mechanical expertEnsures production and support equipment are functioning properlyPerforms preventative maintenance proceduresTroubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctionsMakes repairs or adjustments to equipment as neededPerforms basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, PE, etc.)Performs package change over on lines as requiredSupports the team on all aspects of the operationTrains team members on mechanical processFocuses on continuous improvementMaintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standardsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously (maintain projects, work closely with fellow associates, other departments and vendors, manage preventative maintenance and support line assignments)Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:
