FOR A LIMITED TIME

$750 Sign onBonus payable after 90 days of successful employment!

Overtime maybe built into the schedule and some Saturday availability isrequired.1 3 years manufacturing experience preferred. Leerprovides full time hours, overtime, & 10 paid holidays from date ofhire. Eligibility for a competitive benefit package is after only30 days of full time employment and includes paid holidays, grouphealth insurance, prescription drug coverage, dental, vision,short-term disability and a 401(k) plan. Paid vacation after 1year.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The maintenance mechanic position isresponsible for performing highly diversified duties to install,troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipmentaccording to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systemsand processes to support the achievement of the sites businessgoals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderlywork areas. Assist with installing and maintaining production machines andthe plant facilitys equipment. Assist with emergency/unscheduled repairs of productionequipment during production and performs scheduled maintenancerepairs of production equipment during machine service. Assist with diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, testand make adjustments. Assist with regular preventive maintenance on machines,equipment and plant facilities. Assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentryfunctions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters andmaterial handling equipment in performing duties.

): This position is very active and requires standing, walking,bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing allday. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75pounds. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

High school diploma/GED 4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic,pneumatic, mechanical, MIG welding/metal fabrication and industrialskills, 3 phase electrical with some PLC experience and HVAC aplus.
