Job Description Maintenance Technician We are seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform the day-to-day maintenance tasksnecessary to keep our facility and equipment operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• The maintenance technician is responsible forthe routine upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, andfacilities.
• They may perform general maintenance tasks,troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues, and assistin preventative maintenance programs.
• Specific duties can varydepending on the size and type of facility, but generally includetasks like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general buildingrepairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance,preferably with on-call responsibilities.
• Ability to repair orreplace parts and components.
• Knowledge of facility and equipmentmaintenance.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., witha 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational on-call assignment with the sitemanager.
• Reports to the site manager.
