The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to maintain and fabricate equipment as needed. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and other property-related issues. Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize major repairs and ensure the longevity of property assets. Assist in unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and repairing damages before new tenants move in. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance workspaces, storage areas, and common areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and service requests. Collaborate with property management and other staff to enhance resident satisfaction. Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or trade school certification is a plus. Minimum of [3] years of experience in maintenance (multi-family) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various property-related issues efficiently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
