We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamicManufacturing team. OT Job Details Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventativemaintenance on a wide variety of equipment to ensure optimaloperational efficiency. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintainhydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring they function properlyand meet safety standards. Work with PLCs, diagnosing and fixingissues to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity. Respondto emergency maintenance requests as needed, and quickly resolveissues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the engineering teamto identify potential areas for improvement and implement effectivesolutions. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair,and safety activities. Stay current with the latest technologiesand best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge toimprove our operations. Adhere to all safety protocols andprocedures, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenancetechnician role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Provenexperience with equipment maintenance, hydraulic systems, pneumaticsystems, and PLCs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability totroubleshoot complex machinery and systems. Excellent technicalskills, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electricalprinciples. Ability to work independently and as part of a team,and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicatecomplex technical information to non-technical team members. Highschool diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegree in a related field preferred. Must have a valid driver’slicense and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavyequipment and work in physically demanding conditions. Availabilityto respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regularworking hours.
