The hourly rate for this position is $25

  • $33 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.   • Responsibilities:

Hours:

5×8’s, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours + Perform pre-operational checks on cranes (e.g., overhead cranes, mobile cranes, gantry cranes). + Check for wear and tear on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. + Inspect wire ropes, hooks, chains, brakes, and load-bearing components for safety compliance. + Tighten loose bolts, fasteners, and connections. + Replace filters, hydraulic fluids, or worn-out parts as needed. + Clean electrical panels and crane components to prevent buildup of dust or grease. + Use multimeters, clamp meters, or PLC interface tools to troubleshoot electrical faults. + Diagnose mechanical or hydraulic failures (e.g., hoist issues, control problems). + Interpret error codes or performance logs from crane monitoring systems. + Repair or replace damaged components like motors, drives, brakes, or gearboxes. + Conduct welding or fabrication work on structural parts if needed. + Replace electrical components (e.g., contactors, relays, limit switches).

  • Qualifications:
  • + OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it + Multimeter, torque wrench, grease gun, fall protection gear + Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical wiring + Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, and crane automation systems + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in the industrial field required + Position requires a drug screen and background check TrueBlue, Inc.
