Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, property management and facilities maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate and install parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
