Building Maintenance Technician Confidential Troy, AL 36081 A well-established company is seeking a dependable and skilled maintenance professional to join our team in the Troy, Alabama area. Regular travel is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct unit inspections Maintain property curb appeal, including litter removal Complete make-ready tasks Perform routine unit maintenance Utilize mobile apps to log work orders, communicate with management, and track hours Perform general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and carpentry
Requirements:
