Maintenance Technician The Edge at Troy Apartments 601 E Elm St, Troy, AL 36081 Job description includes, but is not limited to: Keeping the property clean, free from trash and debris. Keeping the exterior of the buildings and all breezeways free from trash and debris, including pressure washing and painting as needed. Upkeep of amenities, including pool maintenance and sports court maintenance. General apartment maintenance including appliance repairs, a/c repairs, some plumbing and electrical. Availability to include a rotating after hours on call schedule and rotating weekends
