DescriptionThe Floorcare Maintenance Technician
- role withinReal Estate Operations has responsibility for floor maintenance,upholstery cleaning and temporary coverage for
- routine officecleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-officefacilities. In this role you will be provided a portfolio of sites where itwill be your responsibility to complete floor maintenance dutiesthat include stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deepcleaning of various floor types.
- Work orders will be issued foreach location to complete twice yearly.

- Floor maintenance cleaning of various types of flooring. (VCT,Ceramic tile, carpet, wood, LVT, vinyl sheet goods, rubber tile,and other types at each facility.) Use of floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitizeflooring and upholstery.
- (Chairs, cubicle walls, and other softfabric materials) Traveling to and from facilities within a designatedroute/radius Maintaining all floors and upholstery in the assignedfacilities.
Executing normal cleaning tasks and special projects whenrequired cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorial staffneeds coverage to include, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) Closing out work orders upon completion using ComputerizedMaintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computeraccess at facilities
- Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner withinternal Colleagues and external Customers
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materialsin vehicles
- Responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle andelectronics
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in Floor cleaning role, required. Ability to provide normal cleaning tasks and special projectswhen required cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorialstaff needs coverage to include, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming,mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills Ability to communicate in English, including reading andwriting Ability to travel as required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to ascend and descend stairs. Ability to work under pressure with efficiency andaccuracy Ability to plan and prioritize workload Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
