This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general groundskeeping and landscaping duties to keep the community clean and attractive Handle plumbing repairs , including work on septic systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues Work closely with and report to the Community Manager , taking direction and prioritizing tasks accordingly Manage work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner Communicate effectively with residents and team members Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the property
Qualifications:
Prior groundskeeping , plumbing , and electrical experience required Experience with septic systems strongly preferred Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Work With Us?
