Full-Time About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of around 100 units while providing support to additional properties as necessary once up to speed. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, residents are satisfied, and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
Perform routine and emergency repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Unit Turns:
Complete apartment turns efficiently and to a high standard to ensure units are ready for new residents.
Resident Requests:
Respond to maintenance requests from residents promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and comfort. Maintain a work order management system within our property management software to ensure all work orders are addressed quickly and in order of priority.
Pool Maintenance:
Maintain pool cleanliness, equipment functionality, and chemical balance according to local and state guidelines.
Grounds Pickup:
Maintain clean and orderly grounds by picking up trash and addressing other aesthetic issues.
Proactive Upkeep:
Take initiative to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with property management and other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Property Condition:
Ensure all properties remain in excellent condition, contributing to a positive resident experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. HVAC and EPA certification preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with unit turns and grounds upkeep. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Full-time position with 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday schedule + opportunity to earn overtime with emergency calls after hours
