Job Description
Wellborn Forest 2nd Shift- Maintenance Technician WF Cabinetry 2212 Airport Blvd, Alexander City, AL 35010 Perform Repairs and preventative maintenance to resolve and prevent operating issues and maximize efficiency. Use technical knowledge, equipment documentation, safety procedures and maintenance schedules to follow, improve and develop preventative and routine maintenance programs. Responsible to ensure accuracy of their own work and monitor the quality of the previous operation. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Responsible for workplace safety and adhere to all plant safety rules. Follow all prescribed work standards as written. Ability to work overtime as need and required. Maintain production and quality standards. Build/ weld material used for production needs. Replace /Repair equipment and tools. Must understand and follow waste management requirements for handling of hazardous, nonhazardous, universal, and other waste. All other assigned duties. Monday-Thursday with
Friday TBD Experience :
-At least 2 yr. validated experience. -Forklift / Scissor lift a plus. -Electrical a plus.
