The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience in facilities maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for all users. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot equipment problems effectively. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on tasks. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems. Proven background in facilities maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair skills. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Experience with logic controllers is a plus. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing quality support. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
