This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service, with the ability to lead and supervise projects effectively. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or improvements. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and diagnosing issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members. Leadership experience with a track record of supervising staff or projects successfully. Proficiency in residential painting techniques and practices. Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
