This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and facilities maintenance expertise. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate leadership qualities while supervising maintenance tasks. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC system checks. Troubleshoot and repair equipment using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic instruments. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed. Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues promptly and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant requests and concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members. Ability to analyze problems logically and implement effective solutions. At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience This position is a temporary position. The assignment will start in May and the assignment will end mid August.
