Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance tasks. Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements to maintain facility appearance. Lead small projects or teams when necessary, demonstrating leadership skills. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers. Strong customer service skills to enhance tenant satisfaction. Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks is preferred. Experience in residential painting is a plus.
