Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our community by ensuring all building systems, apartment units, and amenities are in excellent working condition. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building infrastructure. Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and appliance installation. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs. Assist with emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and completed tasks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. 2+ years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance (luxury or multifamily housing experience a plus). Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. EPA Universal Certification and/or HVAC certification preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Availability for on-call and weekend shifts as needed. Flexibility to respond to after-hours calls and emergencies as part of an on-call schedule.
