Industrial Maintenance Technician Rotorcraft Repair & Manufacturing, LLC 913 Plaza Dr, Pocahontas, AR 72455 Company Overview Rotorcraft Repair & Manufacturing, LLC is a leading provider of aviation maintenance and manufacturing services, specializing in the repair and modification of helicopter rotor blades. Position Summary This role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Must be mechanically inclined, confident working at heights and in varied conditions, and capable of performing everything from precision mechanical repairs to welding and fabrication. Principal Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems Perform mechanical work including bearing and motor swaps, gearbox repairs, and general fabrication Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, loaders, boom lifts, and bobcats
- Support plant operations, including loading/unloading trucks Work safely and confidently at heights, on ladders, and stairs
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems Carry out basic carpentry and facility repairs, both preventative and corrective Position Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field Must be able to pass a Federal DOT drug and alcohol screen.
Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance. Proficient in welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading Familiar with PLCs and burner controls Skilled in the use of heavy equipment and capable of working in rugged, industrial environments
