Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally Perform make-ready tasks for newly vacated units Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction issues Communicate with residents and team members with professionalism and care Maintain accurate documentation of work completed Participate in an interview process that includes completing a live service call
What We’re Looking For Experience:
At least 2+ years in property maintenance or related fields
Skills:
Plumbing, electrical, light construction/renovation experience required
Tools:
Must have a reliable vehicle and a working cell phone
Attitude:
Team player, self-starter, problem solver
Availability:
