This is a Safety Sensitive Position and requires full, unimpaired skills and judgment to perform safely. Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance tasks, repairs, and service requests in a timely, professional manner Handle pool maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, and daily property upkeep Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the property remains in top condition Respond to after-hours emergency calls (on-call rotation required) Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and ensure tools and parts are available Partner with the Community Manager to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily preferred) HVAC or EPA Certification – preferred Pool maintenance knowledge – preferred Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, and more Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Available for rotating on-call schedule Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs.
