Facilities Painter & Maintenance Technician 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 4476 North Waterside Court, Fayetteville, AR 72703 Superior Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Painter & Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on interior and exterior painting. The ideal candidate will have experience in general facility upkeep, repair work, and painting, and will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, paint, and finish interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other structural elements. Perform routine maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE when required. Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner. Assist with seasonal projects and special maintenance needs as assigned. Ensure cleanliness and organization of maintenance workspaces and storage areas.

Qualifications:

2+ years of painting and general maintenance experience preferred. Proficiency in using painting tools, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them rigorously. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

This position may require work in various weather conditions. Some tasks may involve working at heights or in confined spaces. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet project deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions. Standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
