Responsibilities Job Duties:

• General Electrical, Mechanical, andHydraulic Troubleshooting Skills
• Identify Problems and formulatesolutions to fix the problems
• Fix most problems with minimalassistance from a higher skill level employee. /n /n
• Troubleshootsmall electrical circuits and find problems
• Troubleshoot smallpumping circuits and pump failures
• Troubleshooting and repair ofmechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains withminimal assistance
• Repair mechanical failures in a timely fashion
• General Idea of manufacturing operations, such as:
• ExtrusionPress Operation
• Water Treatment Process Pumping and Systems
• Anodizing and Paint Operations /n
• Perform PMs such as oil levelchecks and mechanical Inspections
• Other duties as assigned by thesupervisor /n

Qualifications Requirements:

• Skills Assessment fromSynergy Tech must be taken and meet minimum requirements.
• Initiative to learn new tasks and interested in training
• Enthusiastic about learning equipment and learning failurepatterns.
• Self motivation and self discipline
• Must be able toperform moderate to heavy lifting
• Must be flexible to work anyshift, holidays, and weekends as needed
• Overtime is required ifdeemed necessary by management
