The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will be involved in both preventive and corrective maintenance activities across various systems. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of units, office, grounds and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Cleaning out the unit Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Familiarity with supervising teams or coordinating projects is preferred. Experience in residential painting is a plus. Ability to maintain equipment and perform routine checks on machinery.
